Set in the natural and inspiring surroundings of Penedès or Garraf, this program combines practical learning, reflection, and teamwork—tailored to the real needs of each group.

With personalized activities and welcoming spaces, the day allows participants to develop professional skills while reinforcing team bonds, identifying areas for improvement, and defining concrete actions for everyday practice. An intimate, useful, and transformative experience—ideal for teams seeking to grow in an environment that fosters connection, focus, and shared progress.

This day is aimed at companies, organizations, and teams who want to take a step forward in their environmental commitment and team effectiveness. The core training session focuses on reducing ecological impact. Participants will identify key areas for improvement in their organization and design a realistic, tailored action plan to implement more sustainable practices. Topics covered include waste management, energy efficiency, responsible consumption, and sustainable mobility.

After this first session, participants will be able to choose a complementary training activity from several options related to team facilitation, communication, emotional management, gender equality, inclusion, or workplace well-being. These activities allow the program to be adapted to each group’s specific needs and to strengthen various dimensions of personal and professional development.

Guardonat amb el Premi FAD d’Arquitectura i Disseny en la categoria de Ciutat i Paisatge, aquest espai ofereix un entorn únic per a jornades d’empresa o escapades en grup. També compta amb un complex esportiu annex (tennis, pàdel, vòlei platja i piscines) i forma part de l’Estació Nàutica de la Badia dels Alfacs, fet que permet organitzar activitats exclusives com rutes en caiac, ciclisme sobre el mar o degustacions en muscleres flotants.

Finca Tamarit is a holiday camp located in Tamarit, very close to Tarragona, surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea and the castles of Tamarit, Ferran, and Altafulla. It boasts extensive woodlands and gardens that form part of the landscape of the Tamarit-Punta de la Móra Natural Park, the Gaià River Nature Reserve, Tamarit Beach, and Cala Jovera.

The facilities include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, several multipurpose rooms, and multiple sports fields, ideal for team-building activities and corporate events.
